Hotel Metropole Brussels

The staff was always cute and helpful, making us feel at home. The hotel's location was ideal, within easy walking distance of the Grand Place, St Catherine, and other popular areas of Brussels. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts, late dinners, and trying out the excellent beers in the cafe. it was a good experience.

I had an amazing stay in this city! The location was perfect, with easy access from the train station and it was right in the center of everything. The hotel facilities were great, especially the fine lobby, café, and bar that exuded a rich history. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and it was huge, providing ample space for me to relax. The staff were friendly and spoke multiple languages, making communication easy. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was fantastic, with a free champagne breakfast on New Year's Day! The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Very good service, outstanding food and unbeatable location adjacent to the centre, a metro station, points of interest. The breakfast had lots of options: cereal and boiled eggs. Even though some of the staff were very rude, I had a lovely stay. Spotlessly clean and prestigious hotel in Brussel district.

We had a fantastic stay in a hotel located right in the heart of the old city. The location was perfect, as it was so close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The decor of the hotel was stunning, with beautiful stained glass windows and a touch of history throughout. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with the best bed we've had so far. The bathroom was large and well-stocked with toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. we were impressed with the facilities and the advantages of staying at this hotel.

There were some issues with the reception staff not being clear with their explanations.

i stayed at this hotel for christmas, it was an amazing stay. everything was fantastic, perfect location close to the centre of brussels, the staff were beautiful. i booked a superior double room for rest and i liked it.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the center of everything. The friendly and helpful staff make the stay even better. Additionally, it is very close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. The breakfast is delicious and there is a great view from the breakfast room.

The only downside is that the beds weren't very comfortable.

the exclusive amenities provided met all our needs. the room was spacious and adorned with elegant furnishings that exuded an opulent feel. the private facilities were excellent and we especially relished the buffet breakfast that offered a wide range of options to choose from.

The lack of coffee/tea in the lobby area was a minor issue that undermined our experience. But overall, we were satisfied with the service as the staff were polite and attentive to our requests.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to all the main attractions in the city. It was easy to walk to the Grand Place and other popular sights within 10 minutes. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the hotel offered free drinks in the minibar upon check-in, a nice added touch.

The rooms at this hotel were outdated and in need of a serious update. The bathrooms, in particular, were not well maintained and had shower curtains that were both unhygienic and unpleasant.

We loved the grandeur and historical charm of the hotel, which made us feel like we were in "The Grand Budapest Hotel" movie. The beautiful architecture, interior design, and old wall clock impressed us. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was superb, with a view of the Place de Brouckere. The building itself was stunning. As bike riders, we appreciated the bike-friendly facilities and amenities provided.

Felt like being home, no complaints.
